My Story…
My quarantine goal was to run a personal best 5k during the pandemic! Here's my motivation to achieve that goal and support a good cause at the same time.
I'm raising funds for the Dementia Society of Ottawa and Renfrew County. The Dementia Society offers a range of social, recreational and caregiver peer support to over 5,500 people every year.
