My Story…
As someone who has lost two very close people to cancer, this event has helped me shed some light in hopes that one day everyone will have a chance to beat cancer and hold on to their loved ones a little longer.
This year, as I run for those I have lost, and those who continue to fight, I will say prayer for all those affected by cancer.
Father, the Almighty, have mercy on your afflicted children. Bless them with your healing as they give it their best to survive cancer. They have suffered enough and yet, they remain optimistic of the future; their faith resolute. We, therefore, humbly ask for your protection and power of healing, in Jesus' name. Amen.
