My Story…
I have never been a runner. I never thought I could run a full mile, much less attempt a 5K, yet, here I am. I started my running journey 8 weeks ago with a podcast enticing me to just start moving more. That on top of finding a bucket list that I made 10 years, kicked my butt into gear. Then, a friend showed me this cool virtual run where I can get a badass medal just for attempting and I was sold. Throw in the fact that we are raising money for Girls, inc, an organization set on helping women achieve their goals in STEM and I am all for it.
