Concept:
Run a mile as fast as you can- solo, or with somebody in your bubble!
When:
Anytime from January 1st-15th
Options:
Hit the Strava segment - the segment time is what counts!
*Pro tip: Wait for a green light and start at the other side of the intersection at FH/University. Make sure to keep running onto Erb at the finish.
OR run a mile on your own using this criteria:
- Must not have an elevation loss of more than 5m- so it still can be a fast course, but the official one is a bit better!
- Must have a glitch-free GPS file posted to Strava (no track times or other tight loops courses- confirm with us if unsure)
- Once complete, e-mail us with your final time + a link to the Strava activity
Results:
Yes, they will be rankings eligible, posted on HPWR! Once again, this is deviating from our usual inclusion criteria (this time quite a bit). You most definitely will get a boost with these results. But hey, COVID cheated us, so why not cheat-back a little bit!
You can make multiple attempts, but only your best will count in the results.
