The Original St. Patrick's Day Road Race

Join your best running friends for Calgary's first big race of the year! The Calgary Roadrunners started this race 34 years ago and it quickly became a favorite among local runners, as it gave them an opportunity to test their post-winter fitness level. Update Feb 12th, 2021 - Due to the current Covid 19 restrictions, the St. Patrick's Day Road Race Committee has made the decision to make the 2021 version a Virtual Race. We had full intention to run the race and are devastated that we have to go this route. We want to give our participants the option to still run the course and we will be sending out the maps to run from March 10th noon until March 21st 6pm. Jeremy Deere from Strides will be setting up a Strava Segment for those who wish to compete with others.

If you wish to sign up please pick any heat as it won't make a difference for the virtual run

Race entry cost is reduced - and if you have already signed up for the race, please watch your email for options for 2021
