Thank you to everyone who has registered with us, the response has been amazing and we will be starting to distribute your Race Packs after the Christmas holidays.

We want to put 2020 firmly in the rear-view mirror with our 2021 Fresh Start Virtual event. 2021 is a New Year and we all deserve a reset and fresh start. Many people believe that it takes 21 days to form or create a new habit and with that in mind our idea is very simple, 21 is our theme for the first 21 days of 2021.

Our Fresh Start 21k in 2021 is proving more popular than we originally thought. People from Germany, BC, Maryland, NS. PEI & NB have all registered for the event. We have couples registered, families and many individual runners.

Run any combination of 21, here are a few examples:

Run 3k – 7 times over the 21 days.

Run 7k – 3 times over the 21 days.

Run 21k once.

Run 10.5k twice.

Run for 21 minutes each day or 2.1k each day, or any combination you prefer - the options are endless, the goal is to get out the door (or on your treadmill) and be active.

In return you will receive a beautiful medal, special gift, bib number and we will host a webinar to help with any questions you have about training / running in the winter.
