Our why
I'm a Therapy Dog with the St. John Ambulance Therapy Dog Program. Normally I would be volunteering at Ronald McDonald House in Edmonton 2-4 times a month but because of COVID I haven't been able to support my friends a RMHC with my in person Pet Therapy visits since March 2020.
Having been a regular visitor at the Edmonton house I have been able to experience first hand how vital and magical RMHC is. The impact it has on families by supporting them and lifting them up in some of their toughest moments is awe inspiring.
Since I can't be there supporting RMHC staff, volunteers and families in the fur with my pet therapy visits, I will be supporting them by doing what I do best--walking, sniffing and exploring the Edmonton River valley.
Last year was my first year participating in #hustleforthehouseAB and I raised $2750, which was amazing, but this year I'm dreaming big and hope to raise $5000. Help me support this great cause and all of the deserving families that need to be lifted up in their toughest moments!
