My Story…
Hello friends,
Here I am once again bringing my message to each of you about the Pink Lemonade Project. Pink Lemonade is a non-profit organization that helps those affected with breast cancer to find their way through the diagnosis and the options that are available to them. They help those who are in treatment or recovery to make sure they are in the right place for their situation. The Project, a nonprofit, is laser-focused on helping the patient and their families find resources, support, and empowerment.
Many years ago my best friend married the girl who lived up the street from us. She was much like a sister to me. Maureen was diagnosed with cancer and eventually lost her very long battle. My cousin Jeannine who I called a little sister also had breast cancer and after a courageous battle she passed in 2018 and our friend Sandy Perry also lost her life to this horrific cancer. The list could go on.
