Run for a reason and join us virtually for our 42nd Samson Stomp & Romp. This popular race honors one of our most famous and beloved residents, Samson, the silverback gorilla (1950-1981). Money raised from the event supports all the animals in our care.

REGISTRATION INCLUDES: Long-sleeved T-shirt, admission and parking (valid 1/15/2022 or 1/16/2022) to run or walk at the Zoo. An email with tickets will be emailed separately. If you'd like your T-shirt to be mailed to you, please select that when registering. Shipping fees apply.

AWARDS: Gorilla trophies are awarded to the top three female and male finishers in the 5k and 2-mile run, as well as the top male and female finishers among each age group. In honor of our 42nd race, those that place in spot with "42" (42, 142, 242, etc.) will get an extra special prize! Prizes will also be awarded for
