What is the cancellation policy?

If Run Calgary cancels the in-person race due to an increase of local COVID-19 cases or based on the direction of local or provincial authorities, participants will be informed as soon as possible, and all registrants will be automatically switched to a virtual event. This event will not be rescheduled nor can we offer refunds as per our no refund policy. You can protect your purchase at point of registration by purchasing RegShield, and if you're unable to make the race, you can claim a refund through an insured policy. This is a new feature that will be available for all in-person Run Calgary events going forward. Please note that RegShield does not protect you if we have to switch our event from in-person to virtual.
