What We Do:
Cayman Islands Meals on Wheels (MOW) provides free, hot, nutritious meals to seniors, the homebound and the disabled throughout the Cayman Islands, Monday to Friday, 52 weeks of the year. This service supplies them with the assistance needed to retain their self-worth and independence and the ability to remain in their homes. Isolation is a major issue for many seniors and the social contact provided by our more than 100 volunteers offers some relief for these individuals.

Cayman Islands Meals on Wheels is committed to enhancing the lives of seniors and the infirm by assisting them in maintaining their independence at home through our daily home-delivered hot, nutritious lunches and friendly smiles. To inspire hope and encourage wellbeing while bringing the community together through volunteerism.
