My Story…
My name is Lucy DeLaat. To all my Butt Seriously, Folks: I am now over 50—the age where screening starts. I have been battling Stage 4 Colorectal Cancer knowingly for five years, but likely unknowingly for up to ten years before that. That would put my time of disease occurrence at about 35-39 years of age. To date, I have had two full rounds of chemo, two courses of radiation, eight surgical procedures (five of which have been for lung surgeries due to metastases, including removing 1/3 of my lung. I am facing yet another open lung surgery, this will be my second during the pandemic. Life-saving interventions left me with neuropathy that makes my feet and hands go numb, but I am still going to run for the cause. I am alive due to CCRAN.org and know your contribution will save other lives. It is a cancer organization like no other. Please visit CCRAN.ORG to learn more and JOIN MY TEAM! No room to write more about me so just visit my link https://www.imdb.com/name/nm5202808/ THANKS!
Donate to help Lucy raise money for Bumrun Toronto 2021’s fundraising campaign.
