Detweiller at Dark
THE MOST UNIQUE XC RACE IN THE NATION ON THE MOST HISTORIC COURSE!
Over 1200 Runners and 135,000 watts of power make Detweiller at Dark THE most unique XC events in the country! It all goes down at the historic Detweiller Park - where every fall, the top harriers in the Land of Lincoln converge on this fairly flat field located north of Peoria in fervent pursuit of treasured IHSA state championships.
This Summertime event includes an Open Race and Jr. High and High School races for both Girls and Boys divisions.

Top 25 Awards for each race.
Top 3 Teams in each race receive a team trophy!
For the open race, teams must be all men or all women to be eligible for a trophy.
