Move for 30 minutes every day in January
January is notoriously a tough month to get outside, given the snow, rain, and cold temps - not to mention short daylight hours and now COVID (seriously?!). This year we’re going to fix that. For 31 days this January, you don’t have to make a decision to get outside. You’re just going to do it!
The challenge is simple. Run or walk, outside for at least 30 minutes a day, for all 31 days in January. Although distance and speed don’t matter, you’ll be able to log your daily minutes and kms to see how much distance you cover!

See if you can complete the MOVE workout twice a week, this January and supercharge your results!
4 people will win a 1 on 1 Coaching session. You’ll go through a personal inventory of where you’re at, where you want to get to, and how you’ll do it.
1 person will win a 6-week Coaching package valued at over $600. You’ll get; a movement and lifestyle assessment. Weekly workouts, a nutrition plan, healthy habits accountability as well as 3x coaching calls
