Tour deCatur - 2021

THE TOUR MUST GO ON!

Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, we are not able to host the traditional in-person race this year so instead we offer a "Run Where You Are" 5K and Fun Run.

ONCE YOU ARE REGISTERED AND IN THE SYSTEM FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS BELOW:

5K Participants ONLY:

Choose a route and run or walk a 5k anytime on Saturday, March 27th or Sunday, March 28th.

Access the virtual results submission page by visiting: https://results.raceroster.com/en-US/results/2fpda3qzc7n7vqdj and enter your results by Wednesday, March 31st.

You will be required to confirm your registration by signing into the Race Roster account via email or entering your last name and confirmation number. Once your registration is confirmed, you will be prompted to enter in your results and the results of anyone else that was included in your initial registration.

For 5K verification you will need to submit a photo of your time (Strava, Runkeeper, iWatch, Treadmill or any tracking app you use). Results will be announced in April.

A link to final 5K race results will be posted on this page and pushed out on our social media.

FUN RUN Participants:

Go outside and RUN FOR FUN - any route, any distance. This is NOT a race - just a celebration of your body and its ability to MOVE.

Kick off your fun run with a live interactive zoom call with some of you favorite City Schools of Decatur PE coaches. Link will be sent to registered participants closer to event date.

8:50-9:00am Return to Zoom for post-run cool down and high-fives!

1. GET CREATIVE and make your own Tour deCatur bib. Be sure to take photos of your family's runners sporting your one-of-a-kind race bib and who knows - you may get a prize for your creativity.
