Entry fee- $25 pre-registration (until Monday, May 17th)
$30 Tuesday, May 18th to Friday, May 28th
$35 morning of event (if not sold out)

Virtual 5k $30 includes mailing of tee shirt

How It Works - Post your Virtual Results HERE

1. Register - Choose the Virtual 5K event

2. Race - Run or Walk ANY day from now until May 31st. Use a fitness watch or smartphone app to track your distance and time. Take a picture of your record.

3. Share - Submit your time and picture of your record. Submit your results. Share photos on Facebook and Instagram! Smartphone Apps. There are many free apps that you can download and use to record your virtual results. Use one of these apps to track your run or walk. Or use your favorite app or smartwatch. Most importantly, don't forget to save your activity and upload your results!

New USATF certified out and back from Rusty Rudder and heading South on Highway One to turn around.

NOTICE:. No dogs allowed due to insurance liability. Bibs are non-transferable. Please reference our policies page for more details.

-Awards for top overall male/female ($50 gift card)
-Awards for overall male/female masters ($25 gift card)
-Awards for top 3 male/female in 5 year age groups 9 & under through 80 & over
-Awards to top 3 male/female walkers
-Awards for most patriotic runners and walkers
-Ten sisters awards to largest beach house team (pre registration only)
-Ten sisters awards to fastest beach house team. You must have at least 5 team members and at least 1 female to score. The top 3 places, including at least 1 female, on each team will be combined for the team score. (pre-registration only)

Timing

NOVA Timing Systems will chip time using the MYLAPS BibTag Timing System

Results
