Blue Angels Virtual 10K Fun Run/Walk

It’s hard to deny that COVID has thrown a huge wrench into our plans. Be it traveling to visit family, going to a restaurant to enjoy a nice meal, or even attending a sporting event to root on your favorite team. But where is it written that we need to barricade ourselves into our homes and get lost on the couch?

Are you looking for a way to escape the Netflix rut? Well then start by putting down that remote, get yourself motivated and put on the ole running shoes. That’s right, NAF El Centro’s Annual Blue Angels 10K is back, but with one small “COVID Twist.” This year’s Blue Angels 10K Fun Run/Walk will strictly be a “virtual” event, to be held right in your own hometown, on your favorite course and more importantly, at your own time.

From 0400-6pm on March 6, all participants will be able to submit their time of completing a 10K.

All participants will receive a participant medal and t-shirt.
