The Philadelphia Distance Run

We are excited to welcome you back to the Philadelphia Distance Run. As in years past, there will be the traditional half marathon distance, as well as a 5K.

Your registration includes:

• Race entry (either Half Marathon or 5K)

• Brooks podium tech tee

• Chip timing w/splits

• Race Medal

The PDR aims to make registering as accessible as possible. If you are are unable to pay digitally or via a check with a paper registration, please email us so we can assist.

Refund/Deferral Policy

Participants who register by June 14th will be entitled to a refund (minus third party processing fee) or a deferral to 2022 or 2023 if the event is cancelled or rescheduled due to COVID-19.

Participants who register on June 15th or later can elect to defer to 2022 or 2023. There will be no refunds issued for participants who sign up on June 15th or later if the event is cancelled or rescheduled due to COVID-19.

Aside from the event cancellation scenarios detailed above, PDR does not offer refunds but we do offer the ability to transfer or defer for a fee.

Expo/Shipping

Bibs, shirts, and medals for virtual participants will be shipped directly to them, and shipping is included in the registration fee. In-person participants can choose to pay for shipping by August 1st or pick up their items at the Philadelphia Distance Run Expo presented by Brooks Running. The expo is taking place at Philadelphia Runner (the University of Pennsylvania location at 3621 Walnut Street) from Monday, September 13th through Friday, September 17th from 11am-6pm and Saturday, September 18th from 10am-5pm.
