Mini Mermaid Running Club, est, 2009 is a unique running club for girls ranging in age from 5 - 15 years. We aim to live in a world where all girls have compassion for themselves, have the tools to stand up for themselves and others and feel confident to make balanced nutrition choices. Our goal is to provide all girls with strategies to combat feelings of insecurity and tools to build self-kindness, thus empowering them to make better choices in the future.
