At a time of year when we can easily curl up and become couch potatoes, GMS is encouraging everyone to get moving and stay healthy over the next few months.
The idea is to challenge yourself, family and all our social distanced co-workers with whatever activity gets you moving!
So no matter what moves you want to track, they can be entered here. And since we’re tracking distance covered, we’re adding some group goals to our Challenge, to motivate us and remind us there will be a time when we’re free to physically travel again.
Our cross-Canada travels start with the first leg of our team challenge, travelling from Vancouver to Regina; the second leg will be Regina to Toronto, and the third leg will take us from Toronto to the east coast.
To encourage and support each other, share your progress, your struggles and your triumphs on our private GMS Staff Wellness Community Facebook page.
