The Little Hercules Foundation's Duchenne Dash is a 5K/10K DOG FRIENDLY walk/run. Proceeds will fund promising research aiming to cure Duchenne muscular dystrophy, a devastating neuromuscular disease affecting mostly boys. Today, there is no cure, but with YOUR help, there can be one tomorrow.
All participants will receive an event t-shirt (ONLY guaranteed if registered by Friday, September 24th).

Still want to support Little Hercules? You can run (or walk) through your neighborhood, on a treadmill or wherever you’d like. You can run alone or with a group of friends.
