Maximus Challenge

1. Event Cancellations/Relocation of the Event/Event change of date. Maximus Challenge may cancel, relocate, or change an event if circumstances beyond our control arise, including cancellations due to weather, war, civil or political unrest, labour strikes, or terrorism. In such circumstances:
   1. Maximus Challenge will make a reasonable effort to provide written notice of the cancellation. If written notice is not practicable due to the timescales involved, we will use reasonable methods of notice, including email and text messages.
   2. You will be given the option to transfer to another event,
   3. Maximus Challenge will have no responsibility for any costs incurred, including any travel or accommodation costs.
2. Event/Course Changes.
   1. Maximus Challenge reserves the right to change the course, or make any other adjustments to the event that we deem necessary to operate the event. Should the course distance be reduced or obstacles removed for reasons including, but not limited to, safety, weather, obstacle closure, or constructions, refunds will not be offered.
   2. Maximus Challenge is not responsible for any resulting costs incurred by ticket holders or registrants for such events, including but not limited to travel or accommodation costs.
3. Military Deployment. Maximus Challenge offers refunds with proof of military deployment or required training dates that will interfere with event participation.
4. Extenuating Circumstances. Maximus Challenge will evaluate all other requests and their respective circumstances and reasons on a case-by-case basis.

Maximus Challenge does not offer refunds for race registrations to any events. During this challenging time, however, we are temporarily expanding our refund policy to provide the following option for customers who were registered for 2020 event which was postponed by Maximus Challenge due to pandemic

1. One free transfer to another participant for a 2020 or 2021 event.
2. One free Transfer to future events in 2021 or 2022
