DISCOVERY Children’s Museum (DCM) is excited to present its inaugural event, Run, Walk, DISCOVER, Virtual 5k being held March 21, 2021. Proceeds from this event benefit the non-profit Museum that provides inclusive educational programming to all children. Run, Walk, DISCOVER is an all-virtual event with fun elements for all families and even your furry friends.

Now more than ever, DISCOVERY Children’s Museum is relying on our community of supporters to help make a difference in the lives of families we serve every day. Now in its 30th year, DCM is not only a place where children can safely engage in interactive learning experiences and experience the social-emotional benefits of play— DISCOVERY is serving as a leader in the community by providing mobile delivery of its STEAM education programs to care centers, libraries and virtual classrooms across the region.

The mission of the Museum is to foster a welcoming, vibrant, and inclusive environment where all are invited to engage in playful and educational experiences that ignite a lifelong love of learning.
