10K 5K RUN 5K WALK

10k and 5k starts at 9am

Come support good health and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and promote running to middle school students. Be the example that motivates some young person to begin to run and to continue to run and exercise for life! Good health can not be taken for granted!

The race course is moderate with hills. It begins and ends at HMS with the route on local streets. This is a timed event with medals and race bibs. All proceeds go to support Haywood Middle School and St. Jude Children’s Research Center in Memphis.

Adult entry fee $25.00 5K walk/ &35.00 5k run

10k entry $ 40.00

Race medals will be given to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners in all categories both male and female.

Categories include 10-13, 14-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34,35-39,40-44,45-49,50-54,55-59,60-64, 65-69, 70+ Trophies for Overall adult winners, and Masters(40+) Grandmasters(50+) Senior Grandmasters (60+

The entry fee includes race t-shirt, finisher medals, and healthy snacks post-race.
