Hammer 3K as hard as you can..and get a nice H+P rankings time in the process! As always, it will be converted to a 5K equivalent which will provide a solid baseline of your best-case 5K fitness going into the spring.
WHEN:
Anytime between March 17th and March 31st.
COURSE:
(1) Complete this classic H+P, pain-filled segment
OR
(2) Complete your own 3K with a net loss of 5m or less (otherwise chose something fast)!
Results:
Sign up, hammer, and then submit your time on THIS sheet.
*Use your exact SEGMENT time, not your 3K estimated time on your watch (we will double check this)

Awards:
It will be eligible on the rankings page AND you will get some social media props based on AG and overall placings. That's it!
TIPS:
- The segment loses almost 50m of elevation- much faster than choosing to do your own course.
- When running the segment, run on the LEFT side (oncoming traffic).
- Start well beyond 3K from the intersection @ Wilmot (maybe 3.3-5K away) and keep running onto Wilmot even though the finish line is just before (time your faster efforts for somewhere in the middle).
