Run for Durham is excited to hold its first ever virtual run!

This year we will be raising funds for Grandview Kids Foundation and other charities in Durham.

Grandview Kids exists to help children and youth in Durham Region to live life to their full potential. They are the only Children’s Treatment Centre in the region providing life-changing paediatric and rehabilitation services and specialized programs for kids with physical, communication, and developmental needs.

Grandview's demand for services is growing rapidly. Over the years, demand has grown from 400 kids annually in the 80s to the current demand exceeding 19,000 kids. Of the 19,000, 11,000 are waiting for services.

Grandview Kids has recently implemented School Based Rehabilitation Services in the Durham area — allowing them to help thousands more children and youth every year.

Grandview Kids now has 7 locations across Durham Region and with help of caring friends in the community, they are working to get kids off waiting lists and into therapy faster. All money raised will go toward funding annual programs and services at Grandview.
