Element Sports Coaching is proud to present Stories of Resilience! This initiative was born by athletes past and present that want to make a difference with developing athletes so they can thrive in sport for the long-term. The topics are RED-S and why your period is a vital sign of health, Power (Abuse of Power), and Redefining failure.
Stories are told by current or retired female athletes who have lived, dreamed and––in some cases––won in spite of odds.
The athletes stories will provide encouragement and power to girls and women in sport. We will let them know that we’re here to support them, listen and lift them up when they need it. We can link them to the resources. The Resilient Athlete Project is a community of girls and women who are enabled to thrive in sport. For the long-term.
Sign up as an Athlete with a story or as an athlete that wants to hear the stories of resilience. Let's Build this Community together!!!
NOTE: Registration is open to all athletes, parents, coaches or administrators that would like to participate.
