Pass The Torch Relay

Project Purple has used running and fitness as its primary source of fundraising and raising awareness for pancreatic cancer research and supporting patients.

This past year has definitely challenged our efforts due to the cancellation of all events, including major marathons. The harsh reality is that pancreatic cancer is not cancelled and we need to keep fighting.

We have been fortunate to have a strong community throughout these difficult times as they continue to show their support.

In 2021, we are asking our community to continue to log miles for pancreatic cancer with our Pass the Torch relay.

The objective:

Together, we will complete & log 60,430 miles by the end of 2021. This number signifies each individual that will be diagnosed with pancreatic cancer this year.

How it works:

- Register for FREE. (Optional: Create a team with family and friends).

- Start running, cycling, walking, hiking, etc... Any day you want. As many miles as you want. For as many days as you want.

- Log your miles every day on the results page.
