We are excited to announce that the Pittsburgh Passion - Passion for Life Foundation is teaming up with Animal Friends and These Angels Among Us to host our Paws for Passion Pet Walk Fundraiser at the North Park Boat House on Saturday, April 24, 2021, from 9:00 AM til 12:00 PM. Covid has been a massive challenge for everyone, so we are planning on offering the Paws for Passion event hybrid. We want to provide options for those who feel more comfortable walking around their own neighborhood with a virtual pet walk, while also giving an option to those who are eager to get out of the house with an in-person pet walk. On event day, we will be accepting unopened (small) bags of cat/dog food, cleaning supplies, and new pet toys to donate to the animal shelter as in-kind donations.

In-Person Walkers will have the opportunity to:

• Exciting Basket Raffles
• Chance to meet adoptable dogs
• Covid friendly photo opportunity
• Savory Bake Sale
• Free Pup Cup (Reddi Whip) for all furry friends
• *Option 1-mile trail or 5k trail

Virtual Walkers will have the opportunity to:

• One lucky virtual walker will be randomly chosen to win a $25 gift card

We do ask that dogs are leashed at all times, they are up to date on their vaccinations, are safe/comfortable around a variety of people, animals, and moving transportation (ex. cars, trucks, bikes, skateboards, and etc.), and that you please clean up after your dog.

*Registration is for humans only, not for their pets. Ex. One human walker can walk two dogs and would pay $20

In-Person Walkers

Each will receive a goodie bag full of free promotional items and our exclusive sticker for you and your pet

$20 for 1 walker

$35 for 2 walkers

$42 for 3 walkers

$60 for 4 walkers and above

Virtual Walkers (walk anytime between April 19 - April 24)

Each will receive our exclusive sticker

$10 for participation
