What day will the Draft Day 5K & Fun Run be held?

1. You can complete your Draft Day 5K & Fun Run anytime between Thursday, April 29 – Sunday, May 2, 2021.

How far is a 5K?

1. A 5K is 5 kilometers or approximately 3.1 miles.

How far is the Fun Run?

1. The Fun Run is a 1 mile walk/ run.

Who can participate in the Draft Day 5K & Fun Run?

1. The 5K is open to all participants with no age restriction. The Fun Run is restricted to participants under the age of 12.

How do I register for the Draft Day 5K & Fun Run?

Where can I run my Draft Day 5K & Fun Run?

1. You can complete you 5K from anywhere you wish between April 29 – May 2, 2021. Whether on a treadmill, trail, park or track, the Charitable Foundation recommends you take necessary precautions and adhere to social distancing measures when completing your 5K.

How does the Draft Day 5K & Fun Run work?

1. The virtual event will take place on Thursday, April 29 and participants will have until Sunday, May 2, 2021 at 11:59PM EST to submit their times and complete their own 5K or fun run. Participants are encouraged to take social distancing precautions while completing the virtual event, staying a minimum of 6 feet apart from other participants.

What does the Draft Day 5K & Fun Run benefit?

1. Proceeds from the Draft Day 5K & Fun Run will go to benefit the Washington Football Charitable Foundation as we continue to provide COVID-19 relief to the community we serve. To learn more about the Washington Football Charitable Foundation please visit, www.washingtonfootball.com/community.

What does the Draft Day 5K & Fun Run cost?

1. Early Bird pricing is from Friday, April 2, 2021 to Monday, April 12, 2021 at 11:59PM EST.
   1. 5K - $35.00
   2. Fun Run - $15.00
2. Full Price registration is from Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at 12:00AM EST to Sunday, May 2, 2021 at 5;00PM EST.
   1. 5K - $45.00
   2. Fun Run - $25.00

When will I receive my packet?

1. In order to receive your race packet by April 29, your registration must be completed by Monday, April 19, 2021 at 11:59PM EST. Please note that racer packet shipping begins on April 19, 2021.

Packet delivery or pick-up cannot be guaranteed if participant registration is submitted after Tuesday, April 20, 2021.

1. 5K participants receive an official Draft Day 5K & Fun Run t-shirt, race bib, NFC East Champions rally towel, and finisher medal*
2. Fun Run participants receive an official Draft Day 5K & Fun Run water bottle, race bib, NFC East Champions rally towel, and virtual finisher medal.
3. *All finisher medals will be mailed to participants once the race is complete beginning Tuesday, May 4, 2021

Will there be packet pick-up for this event?

1. Yes, there will be an in-person packet pick-up option for participants who have registered prior to Monday, April 19, 2021 at 11:59PM EST and have selected in-person pick-up in their registration form.

When does registration close?

1. Early bird registration closes Monday, April 12, 2021 at 11:59PM EST.
2. Full price registration closes Sunday, May 2, 2021 at 5:00PM EST.

Can I still take part in the Draft Day 5K & Fun Run if I register on the last day (Sunday, May 2, 2021 before 5:00PM EST)?

1. Yes, if you register for the Draft Day 5K & Fun Run by Sunday, May 2 at 5:00PM EST , you have until Sunday, May 2, 2021 at 11:59PM EST to complete and submit your race time.

I decided not to run/walk, can I receive a refund?

1. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the cost of registration. However, your registration can be transferred to another participant. Please email charitablefoundation@washingtonfootball.com for more information.
