Our story…

Please support Team WFTCAA as we run/walk in memory of our Burgundy and Gold sister, former Redskinette, Sheryl Foreman Olecheck, who passed away recently after a brief illness.  Sheryl cheered for 11 seasons (86-96) serving as Captain for most of those seasons and was a 2 time Pro Bowl Cheerleader.  Sheryl is credited with ushering the team into a new era when she became the choreographer and captain in 1989, both positions she held until she retired from the team in 1996.  Her legacy will live on through her dance and cheer sisters as she will be greatly missed!
