"RUN IN PERSON OR VIRTUAL"
Let's face it. We could all use a little luck these days The kiss me for Luck 4k will be a casual run/walk and food drive to help benefit the Vista del Food Bank of Scottsdale.
Please come join us for a brisk walk or jog to kick off the St Patty's Day weekend festivities. Our host R.T. O'Sullivan's Sports Grill 7919 E Thomas Rd #101, Scottsdale will be open early for us with green beer and food specials. They have a great outdoor patio and outdoor volleyball court area for us to keep people at a safe distance.
Our event will be first come first serve with staggered starts to get folks spread out safely throughout the morning. Participants are urged to wear a mask and social distance while waiting to start. We are offering a 4-hour window for the start times and limiting this event to only 100 participants. Checkin will be outside in the volleyball court area of R.T. O'Sullivans with one way in one way out to the start line. The course is a 4K (2.4 miles) out and back. This is a non-competitive event unless you are looking for your own personal record for this distance.
We encourage in-person donations since the race fee will be ONLY $20 with 25% of all race fees will be going back to the Vista del Camino Food Bank.
Note: The Pub opens at 9 am so plan accordingly if you would like to enjoy a beverage and some food afterward.
