What: AID Virtual Run, Walk & Roll 5K
When: Monday, May 10, 2021 - Monday May 24, 2021
REGISTRATION WILL REMAIN OPEN THROUGHOUT THE EVENT!
Where: Wherever you find most comfortable to run, walk or roll!
Participants will have two weeks to complete their virtual run, walk or roll and submit times. (see below)

All registrants will receive an official "AID Virtual Run, Walk & Roll 5K" t-shirt and medal*.
Awards / Submitting Results

Submitting your results is totally optional. You will get your shirt and medal whether or not you submit your results.
Participants will receive an e-mail on the first day of the event (Monday, May 10) with instruction on how to submit via e-mail.
Gift card prizes will be awarded to the TOP 3 MEN and TOP 3 WOMEN who finish a 5K in the fastest time.
Selfie Contest

Before, during or after your 5K, snap a selfie and post to facebook or twitter using the hashtag: #AID5K
All submissions will be entered into a random drawing to win a gift card prize!

Event Details
Join us for a unique way to practice social distancing, stay active and support AID all at the same time!
This is a virtual run, walk or roll experience taking place from May 10 - May 24.
Here's how to get started:
- Register to run (walk or roll) the 5k
- Run/walk/roll the distance on your own (you choose the course or run on a treadmill) and submit your times to be added to the race results. (Instructions on how to submit your finish time will be e-mailed to you at a later date.)
- Tag your photos with hashtag #AID5K on facebook or twitter so we can feature you on our social media pages and be entered for a chance to win a gift card prize!
