My Story…

The stresses of dealing with Covid, as well as a sudden, unexpected, devastating event in my personal life have taught me the importance of strong Mental Health and the value of Mental Health services for all who require them.

Personal experience has also brought to light, the urgent need to expand availability and to increase funding.
