VIRTUAL EVENT FAQ
- What is a virtual run?
- A virtual run is a fun way to participate in the Pumpkin Run when you can’t attend in person for any reason. The virtual option allows you to participate at a time convenient to you within the event date window, and allows you to run or walk anywhere you choose.
- What are the dates?
- The virtual dates are 10/1/21 through 10/15/21
- Do I have to complete all the events within the date window?
- Yes! In order to upload your time and mark your event as complete, you will need to complete your event any time from 10/1/21 through 10/15/21. If you are registered for more than one distance, you can complete them on separate days!
- Can I show up to do the in-person event on 10/16/21 if I don’t get my runs done within the event window?
- No, unless you transfer your registration to the in-person event no later than 10/1/21, you may not participate in the in-person event on 10/16/21.
- Can I pick my packet up in person?
- Yes, we will be announcing packet pick-up dates and locations soon.
- Can my packet be mailed to me?
- Yes, please choose the mailing option when you register for the event
- Can I do more than one event?
- Yes! That’s one of the great benefits of the virtual event. Check the registration page for options.
- How do I upload my times?
- There are a variety of ways to upload your times. You will receive an email with upload instructions once you register for the virtual event.
TRANSFER FAQ
NOTE: THE LAST DAY TO DO ANY TRANSFERS IS 10/1/21.
- Can I transfer from one distance to another?
- Yes; you will need to pay a processing fee of $6.00 and applicable taxes.
- Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
- Yes, a processing fee of $6.00 plus applicable taxes will be charged.
- How do I initiate a transfer?
- Sign into your Race Roster account and click the “Transfer” button to initiate a transfer.
REFUND FAQ
NOTE: Because of the date and location flexibility of the virtual events, there are no refunds for cancellations of virtual events.
