Hawaii Running Lab’s Spring 150/300/500 mile virtual Challenge is a great way log in those Spring foundation miles as we all prepare for (hopefully) some Fall racing! Registration will take place between March 1-May 31 and runners will have until June 6 to upload results. Runners can enter their miles on the Race Roster site anytime between March 1-June 6.

• Register for 1, 2 or all 3 challenges
• Choose your swag in the HRL store on our Race Roster page. We will be offering race t shirts for each specific challenge as well.
• Run or Walk either 150 miles, 300 miles or 500 miles between March 1-May 31, 2021.
• Enter your daily mileage into the race site on Race Roster
• Celebrate your accomplishment by sharing on social media with #HRLSpringChallenge
