How to add an activity for a Virtual Challenge?

Login to your dashboard as a Participant.
On your Participant Dashboard, go to your dashboard for the Virtual Challenge that you're participating and click + Add activity.
You will then be directed to the activity submission page where you will want to enter the date you completed the activity and the distance/unit of your activity.
Once you have submitted an activity you will be then be taken to your challenge dashboard where you can see your completed activities, statistics, where you currently are on the route, and post an activity.
You can also post an activity by going to the leaderboard.

How do I upload my results?

Go to the results page of the event you're participating in.
From the results page, click the “Submit” a virtual result button.
In order to submit a virtual result, you will have to confirm your registration. To confirm your registration enter in your last name and confirmation number, or by simply signing into your Race Roster account.
Once your registration is confirmed, you will be prompted to enter your results and the results of anyone else that was included in your initial registration. You are able to come back at a later time to post additional results.
After your results are submitted, you will be able to view your results details and custom branded finisher certificate. Click on your name for your result details and finishers' certificate.

How do I join the private Facebook group?

Create a personal Facebook profile, if you don’t already have an existing one. Use the search box at the top of the screen to navigate to the UR Active Challenge group.
Click Join Group. It's the green button just below the group's cover image. Once your request is approved, you'll be notified that you've become a member.

How do I reset my lost password?

Go to the “forgot password” page, enter the email you use for your Race Roster account and press submit.
Check your email inbox for the account recovery email and open it. Please note that the recovery link will only be valid for the next fifteen minutes.
Click the blue-button marked “Reset Your Password.”
Enter your new password twice to log into your account
