My Story…
On Monday Sept 20 I am running in honor of my beautiful mother Linda who passed from mental illness and suicide in 2003. Please help me support the Centre for Suicide Prevention by donating to my 5K run. Running is difficult for me so I am committing to this goal and I will train for this because mental illness is far more difficult for so many. Each time I head out to run I will run for everyone who suffers and feels alone in their struggle to remind them, they are not alone.
