Our ‘N.B.L’ team are participating in @cspyyc’s #runforlife2021 to honour those lost to suicide and raise awareness for suicide prevention. suicideinfo.ca/runforlife.
We are running in memory you Nikolas Laniuk. As many of you know, Nikolas died by suicide November 27, 2019 at the age of 36. Nikolas was the best Daddy to his wonderful children, a caring brother, a thoughtful son and a great friend that was always willing to lend a helping hand. We run for you Nikolas, we honour you, we love you, we miss you. Always and forever ♥️
If we can add light into this darkness, it would be to open up the conversation to mental health and suicide; especially among our men. To take away the shame and fear felt in reach out for help.
