Our story…
On February 13,2021 our lives changed forever. Our eldest son, Holden lost his battle with depression. He started struggling 5 years ago, at the end of grade 7. There were many times we engaged the services available including; Mood disorders MB, MATC, AFM, school support services. MYS, basically everything and anything available in Manitoba. More recently we were petitioning the MB Government for support for out of province care. Would that have been the service that would fix things, we will never know. We wanted our son at home with us to provide him with all the love and support he needed. Tragically, we fell short and now he resides in our hearts eternally. It is with love and respect that we join this fight for the lives of our loved ones who struggle with their inner battles. Thank you for taking the time to read this, for supporting our family and for honouring Holden, may his light shine brightly forever.
