My Story…
I'm walking for Dystonia throughout the month of June because I was diagnosed with Cervical Dystonia in 2014 and it drastically changed my life. I deal with severe chronic pain and abnormal movements of my neck every day. There are limited treatment options for the disorder and it is extremely debilitating.
I am hopeful that raising awareness and funds for Dystonia will lead to more research and in turn more treatment options.
My personal goal is to walk 150-200km throughout the month of June.
