Freedom to Move: Run, Walk and Wheel for Dystonia 2021

Join the dystonia community across Canada to raise awareness, funds, and support for dystonia, a neurological movement disorder.
When: June 1 to June 30, 2021
Location: Anywhere.....Be sure to maintain social distancing!
Starting June 1, participants across Canada will complete a walk, run, or wheel course, any length, anywhere - indoors or outdoors, and will have an entire month to do it!

Dystonia is a neurological movement disorder that causes muscles in the body to contract or spasm involuntarily. Primary dystonia affects approximately 50,000 Canadians. Watch video.
The mission of the Dystonia Medical Research Foundation (DMRF) Canada is to advance research for more treatments and ultimately a cure; to promote awareness and education and to support the needs and well being of affected individuals and families.
