My Story…
Hi Everyone:
October 1st is a National Seniors Day.
Sophie and I will be running 5K in loving memory of my late mother-in-law who passed away on January 1, 2021.
You may be aware that I am currently working at Runnymede Healthcare Center. RHC aims to provide exemplary care to our patients and rehabilitate patients in their journey so they can return back to their home and community.
Sophie and I need your support and encouragement to participate in this event. Those who know me would know that I don't run and haven't exercised in two years ;) so this cause is what I need. Please donate and in return we will ensure that we give our best shot in running.
All proceeds will be used to promote and enhance care for our seniors.
