Join us for the 2022 UniversalCare Strides for Seniors event to support our seniors and promote health and happiness at every stage in life. The family friendly event features a 5km and 2.5km route throughout North Maple Regional Park and offers a fun-filled day that will be much more than just a run in the park. From scenic routes, food trucks, and entertainment to awesome participant swag, activities for all ages and a few fun surprises, this a day you won’t want to miss.
