Join us in celebrating the 31st anniversary of our 5K/10K The Westside Way - VIRTUALLY! Out of an abundance of caution, we will forgo the in-person race for a virtual event. You can race anywhere, any time in August. All registrants will receive a commemorative t-shirt. This event is superhero-themed. Dress up, run or walk, and share your results and photos!

Event Information
HOW IT WORKS
- Register - Choose your event: 5K (3.1 miles) or 10K (6.2 miles)
- Race - Walk or run ANY day in August. Use a fitness watch or smartphone app to track your distance and time. Take a picture of your record.
- Share - Submit your time and picture of your record. Share photos on Facebook and Instagram!
SMARTPHONE APPS
There are many free apps that you can download and use to record your virtual results. Use one of these apps to track your run or walk. Or use your favorite app or smartwatch. Most importantly, don't forget to save your activity and upload your results!

Online registration closes Tuesday, August 31.
T-SHIRTS
All participants can receive a commemorative t-shirt. T-shirt pick-up will be in September, in Wilmington. Date/time and location TBD. If you would like to have your shirt mailed to you for $6, pay for shipping here. Domestic shipping only.

SHARE YOUR RESULTS
You will be able to submit results starting Sunday, August 1. You have until Saturday, September 11 to race and submit your results.
1. Find your Race Roster registration receipt email and locate your confirmation number. (The email will be from Race Roster "therunner@raceroster.com")
2. Click "Submit a virtual result" on the results page.
3. Enter your name and the confirmation number from your receipt in the dialog box that appears. You will be prompted to enter the results of anyone you registered.
4. Enter your results. If you registered multiple people, you will be able to submit their results now. Each person can only submit once.
5. Click submit once complete.

We will send out an email with the link to submit race results. Check back for more information during the event.
