The 2021 BC Bolt is a virtual endurance event in which we hope you will challenge yourself to cover as many kilometres as possible – through running, walking, or hiking – over a 30-day period. The event will take place from June 1st to June 30th. You will track your distances and routes on Strava, and submit these distances through RaceRoster. If you're feeling ambitious, challenge yourself to run a marathon or half-marathon (or even multiple marathons) during 1 of the 30 days.
In the months leading up to the event, we challenge you fundraise $100 for our charity, the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada. RaceRoster has a built-in fundraising tool where you can share a personal fundraising link with friends and family; and amount that is donated through your personal link contributes to your individual fundraising total.
Help us reach our goal of 21,000 collective kilometres, and $10,000 for the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
