Brookhaven Bolt 5K
The Brookhaven Bolt is a 5K Run/Walk/Stroller push through one of Brookhaven’s most beautiful neighborhoods, Ashford Park. The 2021 race will be held on Saturday, May 22nd with an 8am start time. All proceeds from this annual event go to support Ashford Park Elementary School.

Prizing: 1st place overall male/female, age group awards
Medals: 1st - 3rd place overall male/female, and age groups
Packet pick-up: May 20th and May 21st, 5-8pm @ Covered carpool area at Ashford Park Elementary, corner of Tryon Rd NE & Cynthia Dr. NE
COVID/Safety Measures
Staggered start times for runners.
Masks must be worn at all times prior and post-race. Masks can be removed while actively running/participating in the event but must be put back on immediately after crossing the finish line.
We ask that you follow the CDC guidelines. Please self-monitor & take temperature check taken at home. Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) | CDC
STAY HOME if you are experiencing any of the following:
Had a fever within last 24 hours, chills, new or worsening cough, sore throat, fatigue, shortness of breath, headache or chest pain or pressure, muscle or body aches, vomiting or diarrhea, runny nose or congestion, other lower respiratory symptoms, or loss of taste or smell been in contact with anyone in the last 10 days that has been diagnosed with COVID-19 STAY HOME.
Participants must bring own hydration on course. Bottled water offered at finish line.
Social distancing practiced throughout the venue.
