Spring Spawning Run

Spring and spawning is upon us and as for many animals so begins new life. Texas Freshwater Fisheries Center facilitates spring bass spawning in our hatchery and helps to raise around 4 million fingerlings (baby bass) for our Texas waters every year. Join us for our Spring Spawning Run 5K supporting our efforts to protect and enhance our freshwater resources and fishing opportunities for generations to come!
This year we are hosting a virtual run the month of May so run, walk or bike your 5K and at the end of the month you'll receive your Spring Spawning Run T-Shirt, Bib and Sticker!
