On Saturday (6/19), celebrate Black culture and block party vibes at the Juneteenth Shop Black Festival featuring LIVE music, food trucks, food vendors, and shopping vendors from 11-6pm.⁠

Keep the weekend going on Sunday (6/20) and come back to Fourth Bluff from 12-5pm for the Memphis Vegan Festival! This event will feature 20 food vendors, as well as 25 other vendors offering apparel, beauty products, and lifestyle services like yoga and fitness training. Participating businesses are from the Mid-South but some will travel from as far as New Orleans, Atlanta, and Brooklyn. ⁠Sunday will also feature live music from local musicians. 🎶⁠

SOULIN' ON THE RIVER summer concert series [powered by Memphis River Parks Partnership, Memphis Civic Commons & Memphis Slim Collaboratory]

With the mighty Mississippi River as the backdrop for most of the concerts and the added bonus of the Memphis cityscape for others, "Soulin' on the River" is a sample of the new sound of Memphis soul featuring eight great bands June-August in The Grove on Mud Island, Renaissance Park (South Memphis), The Heights (Treadwell) and Overton Park (Midtown)!

Tonya Dyson is the real deal in the revival movement and the new soul underground seamlessly blending gospel, jazz, and R&B into a promising attempt to reboot Memphis' soul legacy.

•Park Downtown and ride a bike/scooter over the river OR the paid parking lot on Mud Island!

Fourth Bluff Latin Dance Series | Bachata on the Bluff

Three Saturdays, three dances, three chances for fun! Come to the river at sunset to sample the most popular Latin dances (merengue, bachata, and salsa) with these beginner classes taught by the staff of Cat's Ballroom and sponsored by the Downtown Memphis Commission and the Memphis River Parks Partnership. The second dance of the series will be Bachata. Free and open to all.


Craft Axe Throwing Juneteenth Celebration

Come out and celebrate! Discounted Axe Throwing, Music, Food, Beer & FUN. Bring a chair, a tent, a cooler, a friend, and let’s have a great time. Come enjoy some of the newest beers that Beale St Brewery has to offer. Also, bring a few extra for the ‘beer share’. Introduce your fellow craft beer drinker to one of your favorites.
