Above all else, we are striving to make this event as safe as it can possibly be for all our participants, volunteers, and staff. If you're feeling unwell (or uncomfortable participating), we want you to be able to stay home, stay safe, and join us next year without feeling like you're losing out. If you can't make it, or feel like you shouldn't, you can be transferred into the virtual event for free. That means you'll be able to post a time online and pickup your free swag from the Chamber.
TRANSFER FROM IN-PERSON TO VIRTUAL: You can transfer your in-person registration to a virtual registration for free at any point before 4:00 PM on the day of the event.
TRANSFER PERSON TO PERSON: There will be NO transfers between participants allowed. If you cannot attend the event, you can transfer into the virtual event.
REFUNDS: We will not be providing refunds if the event has to be cancelled. In the event of a cancellation, all in-person runners will be transferred into the virtual event, and pickup their free swag from the Asheville Chamber. Registration for the event waives your right to any refunds.
